According to the Data Protection Act if we handle personal information we have to be sure no one else can access it or steal it from us. These USB Flash Drives are password protected and the laptops are too, so you can't copy information from the laptop only if you have a safe stick and know the password.
If the laptop gets stolen the information is safe, because people can't access it without the password and the hard drive seems to be unformatted.
Also, the Data Protection Act states that we are not allowed to talk about our client’s with our family or friends. We are only allowed to share what we found out only with the client.
